Scheduling & Availability
Clients may book services by completing the intake form linked on this site. Business hours are M-F, 8AM-5PM (MST). Birthkeeping clients receive on-call availability beginning at 37 weeks gestation; clients are encouraged to seek hospital care if labor begins prior to this time. To ensure adequate support, I accept no more than two birthing clients per month based on estimated due dates.
Consent, Safety & Screening
Informed consent is central to my practice. Birthkeeping clients must complete a safety screening and be deemed appropriate for care within my scope prior to acceptance. Placenta services also require a separate screening process. I reserve the right to decline or discontinue services when safety concerns arise.

Communication
Clients may contact me via text, phone, or email. Responses are provided during regular business hours unless I am actively on call for a birthkeeping client. Messages received outside of these times will be returned during the next business day.

Confidentiality
Client confidentiality is upheld in accordance with HIPAA laws. The only exceptions are situations in which I am legally required to report, including mandatory reporting circumstances.

Right to Decline or End Services
I reserve the right to decline or end a working relationship at any time due to safety concerns, scope limitations, misalignment, or disrespectful behavior. This decision is made thoughtfully and with the wellbeing of all parties in mind.
Payment & Refunds
Payment for non-birth services is due in full at the conclusion of each appointment and may be made via Venmo, cash, or invoice for remote services. Birthkeeping services are offered at a flat rate of $5,000 and may be paid in installments to reduce financial burden. Scholarships for birthkeeping services are offered periodically; availability and details are shared through my social media platforms. Once a service has been provided, no refunds are offered for that service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
For appointment-based services, clients are asked to cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the cost of the appointment. All other cancellations, including birthkeeping and placenta services, are handled on a case-by-case basis with care and discretion.
Scope of Care & Referrals
Birthkeeping clients are required to maintain a backup licensed provider in the event of emergency or transfer of care. All clients will be referred to licensed professionals whenever a concern arises that falls outside my scope. My role is supportive, traditional, and non-clinical in nature.
