This work has always been my calling, though it took years of trying, failing, and course-correcting before I fully claimed it. Like many people drawn to traditional paths, I didn’t arrive here in a straight line. Over time, what felt like searching and yearning became clarity through conviction. Through study, lived experience, and a return to older traditions, I found myself committed to work that centers listening, trust, and respect for the body’s own wisdom.

The urgency of this practice grew as reproductive autonomy came under increasing threat and as I witnessed how often women are dismissed and told their symptoms are imagined, their instincts unreliable, or their experiences minimized. I built this practice as a refusal of that kind of care. Here, women and femme-aligned individuals are believed, held, and met without judgment. My hope is that every person who enters this space feels supported and respected, and knows with certainty that their autonomy will always be honored here.
